We prefer to keep things relaxed and informal but we do need to set out some basic conditions of being a member of Leigh RFC. We hope you find these acceptable. If you do not, it's probably best that you get in contact with our Membership Secretary to discuss before joining.

1. All members are aged 17 years or older on the date of joining.

2. Members email addresses will be used by Leigh RFC for the sole purpose of sharing club notices and events with our membership, and where requested to set up a direct debit arrangement via our payments partner GoCardless.

3. Members agree to be invited to join our WhatsApp groups so that we can keep members up to date on the latest club news and activities. We will use the mobile phone number that members supply when registering. Members do not have to accept the invitations, and if members do join the groups they can leave at any time.

4. Members understand Leigh RFC will not disclose personal details with other club members or third parties without their permission.

5. FOR PLAYERS ONLY - Players agree to your personal details being held on England RFU's Game Management System (GMS) where they will be required to validate their email. Players will be associated with the Leigh RFC (Kent) club profile.

6. Members agree to represent Leigh RFC on and off the pitch in a manner that will not cause offence and/or malicious injury to any other member of the club, our opponents, or the public in line with the club’s constitution.

7. Members understand rugby is a contact sport and as such will not hold Leigh RFC, its members or servants liable in the event of any accident or injury they may incur.

8. Members understand should they receive tickets through Leigh RFC’s program for England’s Internationals (e.g. Autumn, Six Nations etc), they agree to pay Leigh RFC the ticket value in full upon receipt and agree not to resell for personal profitable gain or other benefit in return.
