We prefer to keep things relaxed and informal, but we do need to set out some basic conditions of holding a FOD Pass and being associated with Leigh RFC. We hope you find these fair and acceptable. 1. Age Requirement: All subscribers must be aged 18 years or older on the date they register for a FOD Pass.

2. Data Protection & Privacy: A subscriber’s personal details and email address will only be used by Leigh RFC for the administration of the club, issuing your digital wallet pass, processing payments, and critical club communications. Data is only shared with our authorised technical partners: GoCardless (payment collection) and RemyPass (digital card issuance). Leigh RFC will never sell or share personal data with unauthorised third parties.

3. Club Communications & WhatsApp: Subscribers agree to receive essential club service updates via email/push notifications and may be invited to our community WhatsApp groups. Providing a mobile number is voluntary for WhatsApp inclusion; subscribers are under no obligation to accept community group invites and may leave at any time.

4. Code of Conduct & Constitution: Subscribers agree to represent Leigh RFC both on and off the pitch in a manner that upholds the core values of the sport and does not bring the club into disrepute. Subscribers agree to abide by Leigh RFC’s club constitution, codes of conduct, and disciplinary guidelines. The club reserves the right to suspend or revoke an FOD Pass in the event of gross misconduct.

5. Playing Risk & Medical Disclaimer: Subscribers making themselves available to play rugby acknowledge that rugby union is a physical contact sport involving inherent risks of injury. Players participate voluntarily and agree that Leigh RFC, its officers, committee, and match officials shall not be liable for any sporting injury, loss, or damage sustained during training or matches, save where liability cannot be excluded by law. Players are encouraged to maintain their own personal sports insurance cover.

6. Sevenoaks Licensing & Club Access: The FOD Pass grants facility and clubhouse privileges. Holding an active FOD Pass qualifies the subscriber as an authorised club affiliate under our Club Premises Certificate with Sevenoaks District Council, permitting the purchase and consumption of alcohol on licensed club premises. Passes are non-transferable and must be presented at the bar upon request.

7. Payment, Rolling Terms & Cancellation: FOD Passes operate on a rolling £5 monthly subscription (or upfront annual fee). Subscribers may cancel their Direct Debit at any time. Upon cancellation or failed payment, the FOD Pass will be deactivated in Apple/Google Wallet, and any associated privileges of holding a FOD Pass will cease immediately.

8. International Tickets: Subscribers who apply for and receive England Rugby international tickets (e.g., Autumn Internationals, Six Nations) through Leigh RFC’s RFU allocation agree to pay Leigh RFC the face value in full upon confirmation plus a fair and reasonable administration fee. Tickets are strictly for personal use and must not be resold, reallocated above face value, or traded for profitable gain. Subscribers must hold an active FOD Pass for at least three (3) consecutive months prior to application (or hold an active annual pass) to qualify for the ticket ballot.
